Clara Aldén

Exhibition is an attempt to create a portrait of the artist's father through the objects in his apartment. Borrowing the format and conventions of an exhibition catalogue, the project constructs the portrait through images, titles, dates, and an interview.

This appropriation becomes a way of questioning established hierarchies—not only between objects, but also between stories—asking which lives and experiences are considered valuable enough to be documented, exhibited, and remembered.
